Business Development Executive

SUMMARY:
We are looking for an energetic and sales driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

POSITION INFO:

Inherent Requirements

Matric or equivalent

A relevant qualification would be advantageous

10 years’ experience in sales & business development

5 years’ experience in the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry, working on technical placements

Computer literate (Microsoft full suite)

Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence

Duties and Responsibilities

New business development according to prescribed targets

Responsible for preparing presentations, quotes, contracts, SLA’s, SOP’s, PLA’s and any other contract specific document for management approval

On-going client relationship management of all accounts (Key Accounts)

Responsible for full stack recruitment

HR/IR Management of all TES employees

Strategic planning and implementation of customised client service delivery models

Planning, implementation and management of the recruitment process throughout the client journey and life cycle

Develop, maintain and grow talent databases in line with clients’ requirements

Project planning and management in collaboration with clients

Analysing data collected, report writing and making actionable recommendations for continuous improvement

Advising clients on staffing solutions, market trends and new initiatives

Implementing new processes and procedures to maintain agility and efficiency

Ensure that all documentation for TES staff are accurate and up to date

Maintain, manage and have a good understanding of all administration requirements, company policies and technological resources

Enforce and maintain correct company policies and procedures for all TES staff

Other general duties as requested by management from time to time
