JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking strong, confident sales talents to join their team. The target market is primarily accounting practices in English speaking markets. The candidate will be expected to focus on B2B outbound sales.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities
  • Discover, research, identify and prospect to new attractive customers for the company
  • Outreach to new businesses, cold calling and building relationships (LinkedIn) within the target market
  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Generate high-quality demos for the Account Executive team
  • Have engaging and intelligent conversations over the phone and via emails
  • Reach a high set of KPI’s on calls, trial invites, webinars and demos booked
  • You will help drive customer knowledge on analytics and how our software can solve their problems in this space.
  • You will exhibit in person at various accounting conferences locally and internationally.
Experience
  • At least one year of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: we are looking for someone who is clear, concise and convincing in their communication, and is comfortable negotiating and presenting with an accountant or business owner
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, go-getter – not afraid to cold call
  • Willingness to work alternative hours. We will make this clear on which team requires staff during the interview process and what hours you are interviewing for if successful. The benefit of working a specific region translates to travel to that region and more demanding hours will be factored into remuneration packages.
  • Strong business acumen, a passion for technology, and a genuine interest in the latest happenings in accounting and technology
Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience and training, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector
  • Accounting knowledge. An accounting degree or accounting subjects covered in university or matric.
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience using a CRM software and other tech tools
  • Top tier university degree with good grades and good grades in matric
Working hours
We have 3 teams at present with their corresponding work times and regions below:
Early mornings - Australasia and Africa - 5am - 2pm
More normal hours - UK and Europe - 10am - 7pm
Afternoon and evenings - North America - 2pm - 11pm
