JOB SUMMARY:
A very well-established corporate finance house, providing corporate finance advisory services for over 20 years and part of a listed group of companies, is looking for a Business Developer who specialises in mergers and acquisitions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:

This finance house has built its business based on providing creative, differentiated, value-added services and advice on complex business transactions and decisions. The successful incumbent will be responsible for valuations, as well as M&A transactions from origin to close. This person will also be doing high-level business development for the firm.

Education:

CA(SA) / LLB / MBA / CFA
Additional qualifications are beneficial

Job Experience & Skills Required:

6-8 years’ experience in corporate finance
Extensive deals exposure
Business development networking within space
Expert in mergers and acquisitions, as well as valuations
