We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across our portfolio of IT Solutions, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Sustainable IT Leasing Services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and has a proven ability to open doors, build strategic partnerships, and close high-value deals.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across multiple industries and market segments Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, vendors, and key stakeholders Understand customer business challenges and design solution-driven proposals that deliver measurable value Understand client business needs and develop tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value and return on investment Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure Collaborate with technical, delivery, and executive teams to develop winning solutions Manage and grow strategic vendor and technology partner relationships Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the business Drive growth in solutions including: Managed IT Services Cloud and Infrastructure Solutions Cybersecurity Services Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Contact Centre and Customer Experience Solutions Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) IT Asset Leasing and Refresh Programmes Sustainable Technology and Circular Economy Solutions Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the broader business Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, emerging technologies, and market opportunities Deliver exceptional customer engagement and after-sales relationship management to ensure long-term client success Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, solution sales, or consultative selling. Proven track record selling: Managed Services Cloud Solutions Cybersecurity Services Infrastructure Solutions Digital Workplace Solutions Strong consultative and solution-sales approach. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Commercially astute with the ability to create compelling business cases.
