SUMMARY:
A dynamic and growing organisation based in the East Rand is looking for an experienced and results-driven Key Accounts Business Development Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Matric Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical environment Proven experience in Key Accounts \/ Business Development \/ Sales Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle Proficient in MS Office Experience with Sage 300 will be advantageous Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Key Responsibilities Promote and market the company brand by driving a positive and professional brand message. Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and external marketing activities . Generate quality leads and convert prospects into new clients. Develop business across the company's key product and service offerings. Drive revenue growth across the following revenue streams: Contract Clients: Secure long-term contracts and\/or SLAs. Projects: Secure short-term contracts and\/or project-based SLAs. Bespoke Solutions: Identify and secure customised product and service requirements based on individual client needs. Target key market segments, including: Mining Steel Freight & Logistics Work towards and achieve monthly revenue targets. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and solutions. Ensure client expectations are consistently met and maintained. Re-engage previous and lost business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular face-to-face engagement. Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions and industry events . Manage and drive the sales administration process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and lead information on the CRM\/ERP system . Provide regular reporting on sales activity, lead generation, pipeline development and revenue performance. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for further business growth.
