POSITION INFO:
The Opportunity This role offers an exceptional opportunity to advance your sales career in asset finance. You will leverage your equipment knowledge to deliver structured rental deals to corporate clients. Join a collaborative team where your contributions are valued, rewarded, and fully supported daily. Job Description Build new commercial relationships across mining, construction, plant hire, and agricultural sectors. Present flexible equipment rental solutions directly to business owners and corporate decision-makers. Manage a high-quality pipeline of sales opportunities from first contact to signed contract. Advise enterprise clients on total cost of ownership and heavy equipment fleet optimization. Negotiate structured master rental agreements and clear pricing terms with corporate customers. Partner closely with internal credit and risk teams to ensure fast transaction approvals. Maintain trusted partnerships with major equipment dealerships and primary yellow metal distributors. What You Need to Apply Grade 12 \/ Matric qualification (a relevant diploma or degree is an added advantage). Proven B2B sales experience within yellow metal, earthmoving plant, or capital equipment rental. Solid understanding of heavy commercial machinery and structured asset rental contracts. Established network of contacts within the mining, civil engineering, or construction sectors. Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and consistently achieve sales targets. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region. A positive attitude, strong teamwork ethics, and an eagerness to learn and succeed. This exclusive opportunity is managed by TRPig
