Business Development Executive – Industrial / Blue Collar TES

We are looking for an individual with strong relationships and who comes with a wealth of experience in the Industrial / blue-collar TES labour market. Must be hungry to grow a budding network in the Western Cape region with a specific focus on Cape Town and surrounds. The successful applicant will have the support of a local and national team of management and operations executives.

Skills/Knowledge

• Matric essential
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing/sales advantageous
• Minimum of 5 years in a blue-collar sales environment is essential
• Outstanding verbal communication and written skills
• Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Tech savvy
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Must be willing to travel

Job Function

• Cold calling and sales development for industrial / blue-collar staffing in various sectors
• Leveraging existing network contacts to secure meetings for sales and solutions presentations
• Analyse market trends to use for growth opportunities
• Identify new opportunities to develop sales
• Communicate effectively to all relevant stakeholders
• Work closely with the operations team and collaborate with senior executives

Salary
