Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and secure new business opportunities across targeted markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and tailored solutions.
Drive sales growth by preparing and delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
Lead, inspire, and develop people to achieve collective and individual success.
Promote and uphold a strong company culture through example, collaboration, and effective communication.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and areas for expansion.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and activity records.
Represent the organisation at industry events, networking opportunities, and client engagements.

Requirements

Young, energetic, and results-driven with a passion for business growth.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
Strong people leadership abilities – able to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Natural relationship-builder with commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
