***Salary – R27,000.00 – R30,000.00 (Negotiable further, depending on Experience) + Commission structure i.e., 2x monthly salary at financial yearend dependant of targets.

Purpose of Position:

100% New Business development to grow our existing clients’ portfolio in Gauteng.

Main Activities:

1. Business Development through organized Sales Activity, inclusive of meeting visit targets, networking & event attendance.

2. Effective Reporting: Track trends, market intelligence, forecasts, and strategy plans.

3. Build and maintain Client and Associate relationships as a combined Sales and Operations team member, and effective inter-departmental procedural workflow participation thereby contributing towards quality service delivery.

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Business Development:

a. Increase number of NEW Clients.

b. Develop our Associate headcounts.

c. Promote our HR Solutions.

2. Client Relationships: Build and grow our ecosystem with new Clients.

3. Profitability: Ensure financial viability through increasing profit margins.

Required Competency:

1. Strong Knowledge / Expertise in the TES Industry - Working Knowledge of BCEA, WCA/IOD, Health & Safety, Benefits and Bargaining Councils/LRA

2. Ability to Work Under Pressure; Deadline Driven

3. Good Communication Skills at all levels, Professional Manner; Positive Attitude; Empathy, Self-Motivated; High Level of Energy
