JOB SUMMARY:
Client relationship management, sales and business development.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Marketing / Sales / Technical:

Successfully market and sell the company's products and services so as to achieve the strategic objectives of the business. Most notably this includes growing and retaining assets under management.
Plan, organize and execute various advisor and client engagements on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Build close relationships with key financial advisors, clients, and FSPs in the group of companies. Provide a professional and ongoing service to these stakeholders.
Work closely with both the asset management and operations divisions within the company.
Remain abreast of financial markets and economic data. Be able to discuss and present current affairs with confidence.
Have detailed working knowledge of share portfolios, LISPS and stockbrokers both locally and abroad.
Be able to deliver presentations about the company, the investment processes, our strategic goals etc.

Management / Leadership / Stature:

Accept full ownership and accountability of queries from clients and advisors.

Demonstrate strong, mature, personal leadership that engenders respect and trust.
