POSITION INFO:

Our client in the finance sector is looking for an experienced, ambitious, and energetic Business Development Specialist to access, develop and expand their business streams. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of these new developments and will be dedicated to creating and implementing an effective business expansion program.

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying new markets and clients
• Developing, enhancing, and implementing new business stream strategies with a view to penetrating new markets
• Meeting new clients and present new products within new business streams and markets
• Marketing the new products and services by way of suitable marketing and market interventions
• Utilising available technologies and platforms to penetrate all the required markets effectively
• Undertaking all associated reporting, administrative and client data management functions of Business Development
• Providing a client focussed feedback and after sales support function
• Facilitating and building long term relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements

• Degree or Equivalent in Marketing/ Business Development or Entrepreneurial Science
• Proven working experience in Business Development, Sales or Market Penetration
• Proven track record in business development
• Experience in client support
• Understanding of business environments
• Technology proficiencies
