Business Growth Manager

POSITION INFO:

The Business Growth Manager is responsible for the growth of the company through increase sales and customer acquisition. The Business Growth Manager is responsible for finding and retaining clients, the sale or encouragement to client to purchase added products and features and client relations with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

Relationship building and management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on client engagement and progress.
• Keep clients updated on new products, features, and emphasize the value proposition.
• Conduct client meetings, both through calls and in-person interactions.
• Maintain client records efficiently on the CRM system (QuickBase).
• Manage and communicate any cancellations, contract changes, or other pertinent client updates.
• Generate and follow up with inbound leads effectively.

Revenue Generation:

• Stay updated with all new product releases and communicate their value proposition clearly to clients.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential customers.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, coordinating with internal teams and providing weekly project updates to clients.
• Manage the initial stages of projects and opportunities, SOW’s, Proof of Concepts (POC), etc.
• Facilitate client and customer onboarding by managing required documents and arranging training sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record in business development, account management, or a related role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, QuickBase preferred.· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.· Strong analytical skills to prepare reports and analyze data.
• Proven experience in identifying and closing new revenue opportunities.
• Proficiency in proposal preparation and presentation to clients.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of the industry and the ability to stay updated on new products and trends.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
