What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and implement automation for accounting and reconciliation processes
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports for financial and operational insights
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to translate business requirements into BI solutions
• Ensure data integrity and reliability across automated processes
• Enhance existing BI tools, processes, and models for scalability and performance
• Support strategic decision‑making with actionable insights and predictive analytics
• Document BI processes and provide training to users on dashboards and automation
• Implement ETL processes and manage data pipelines for accurate reporting
• Monitor and troubleshoot BI systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in BI, data analytics, or automation
• Proven experience building automation for accounting and reconciliation processes
• Experience working in financial or accounting environments (advantageous)

• Strong proficiency in SQL (essential)
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or similar
• Knowledge of automation tools or scripting (Python or R advantageous)
• Understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
