Business Intelligence Developer – Johannesburg – up to R720k per annum

JOB DESCRIPTION:

One of the fastest growing, quality beverage companies in South Africa who are passionate, innovative, and entrepreneurial are looking for a brilliant Business Intelligence Developer to join their organization.

You will play a key role in enhancing the business intelligence system to help the business make better business decisions. As a BI developer, you will be required to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge.

Requirements:

BSc Degree in computer science or relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
5 years'' experience in BI development
Experience in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modelling) and data mining
Experience in any or all of the following: MDX, SSAS Tabular, DAX
In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI)
Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
