You did not build your career in reporting and analytics to simply produce dashboards.

You developed strong financial grounding, combined it with system and data expertise, and learned how insights drive better business decisions. Now it is time to step into a role where business intelligence directly influences strategy and performance.

We are recruiting a BI Manager with a BCom in Accounting and at least five years’ experience to join a well-established organisation based in Ladybrand, Free State. Exposure to an agricultural environment would be beneficial, but strong analytical capability and commercial understanding are key.

Step Into a Role That Connects Finance and Technology
This role operates within a Financial and IT reporting environment and requires close collaboration between finance, operational, and systems teams. The BI Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate, meaningful, and decisionâready reporting across the business, with Power BI as a core analytics tool.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage business intelligence and reporting processes
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports
Translate financial and operational data into actionable business insights
Support finance and management teams with accurate, timely reporting
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to align reporting with business needs
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data visibility
Provide analytical support for strategic and operational decisionâmaking

Who Should Apply

BCom degree in Accounting
5+ years’ experience in a BI, reporting, or analytics-focused role
Experience working in a financial and IT reporting environment
Strong Power BI skills and experience developing dashboards and reports
Solid understanding of financial data and reporting requirements
Ability to work across technical, finance, and operational stakeholders
Agricultural sector exposure advantageous but not essential
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Ladybrand, Free State
