SUMMARY:
To assist the operations in effective consolidating and monitoring operation targets and performance data ensuring high quality business reports.

POSITION INFO:

B. Eng. Industrial Engineering or degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics. 1 year experience in Chrome and/or PGM environment. High level of competence in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Organise data collection points. Coordinate with business units to gather all operational data. Ensure and monitor integrity of data. Monitor and report of daily operational production performance data. Administer design of BI projects and develop dashboards for reports. Perform regular trouble- shooting and test to ensure accuracy. Install and assist to configure various BI reporting tools. Assist with communication and training to all users. Ensure adherence to legislation and policies and procedures. Identify and implement technical and process improvement. Technical report writing. Ensure continuous improvement through operational excellence. Technical skills, Results orientated, Analytical ptoblem solving, Strong written and oral communication skills, teamwork.
