JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Manager will implement strategies to ensure productivity while also evaluating how well the business performed on various projects.

The Business Manger will:

Provide strategic planning and problem-solving support to the organization
Work with the Strategic Projects team
Design business strategies and manage all day-to-day operations to guarantee company efficiency.
Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources and improve efficiency
Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners
Provide appropriate data analytics to appropriate management teams

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
Master’s degree in business, management, or related field
3 -5 years’ experience in a similar role within a similar industry or segment.

Competencies:

Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
Work in a collaborative, cross-team capacity

This role will provide a great next step to an experienced Business Analyst who displays good leadership, interpersonal and strategy development and implementation skills.
