We have an amazing career opportunity for a Business Operations Manager to join a marketing technology company that specialises in outreach optimization at their offices in Cape Town. You’ll be the person keeping the team, tools & assets delivering. Execution is the name of the game here. Can you visualize & deliver? If yes, then this job could be perfect for you!

You’ll be the person who keeps customer success on point; and sales bringing in deals. You’ll be operating the floor and moving them forward with what they have. This job calls for someone who “gets” business & operations, a deliverer under all conditions who’s a dreamer with rollout powers. Requirements for this Business Operations Manager job in Cape Town:

±3-5 years of work experience in business operations
Strong handle of structures, operations, customer success & process/project management.
Deep interest in business
A high level of quality delivery & expectation coupled with a strong enjoyment for “rolling up sleeves” to get work done.
Active commitment to customer success
Eager to build experiences that delight stakeholders, which are replicable, scaleable & consistent
Great with people & understanding of needs (i.e.: good and reading between lines – and at understanding what needs to be done)
Understand the power of automation & templatization for acceleration / scale
Excellent communicator – written & verbal
Good record of delivery with small teams
A healthily addiction to order & driving “to do” lists
Tenacious & hungry to get things out on the other side
Points awarded for people who operate to an Agile methodology
