Business Platform Engineer

As a Business Platforms Engineer, you will take ownership of internal systems and reporting platforms, ensuring they are optimised, integrated, and aligned with business needs. You will work across departments to deliver meaningful insights, enhance system capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain internal business platforms and applications Build and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualisations for business insights Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Configure and support business systems, including CRM and analytics platforms Administer and maintain collaboration platforms and document management systems Implement and manage integrations and data flows across multiple systems Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms Provide user support, documentation, and best practice guidance Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analytical support to internal stakeholders Job Experience and Skills Required Education: Degree or diploma in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field Experience: Minimum 3+ years' experience in software development, business applications, or systems engineering Experience working with internal platforms, reporting tools, or low-code solutions Technical Skills: Strong data analysis and reporting expertise Experience with BI tools and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI or similar) Practical experience with CRM\/ERP or low-code platforms (e.g., Zoho or equivalent) Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tools Experience with system integrations, workflows, and automation Additional Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills Apply now!
