POSITION INFO:
Experience and Skills Required:

Ability to consult with various users and stakeholders in order to:

Propose optimised and improved processes.
Process problem statements
Four years Industry experience with knowledge of Business Process Architecture, and
business re-engineering principles and processes.
Experience in the design and build in the following Banking Operations Areas

Must haves:

Experience in the design and build in the following Banking Operations Areas
advantageous:
Fraud Rules and Rules Management,
AML Rules and Rules Management
KYC and
Customer Service Operations
A minimum of two years’ experience as a Business Process
Architect in an agile Platform
delivery
A minimum of one years’ experience as a Scum Master OR a Scrum Master Certification is
advantageous
Tertiary Degree/Diploma in Business Analysis/Business Information Systems or equivalent
