SUMMARY:
Business Process Analyst

POSITION INFO:

Post Matric Qualification (Business-related Diploma or Degree)
5-8 years related working experience; however, various industry sector experience is advantages.
Lean/Six Sigma Certification or related BPM Certification is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office
Must have strong analytical background
Excellent diagramming and communication skills
Thorough understanding of business organizational system theory
Good knowledge of policy and procedure drafting
Good understanding of protocols such as SOAP, WSDL and XML
Strong knowledge of system tools such as ERM, BI tools
Problem solving – find solutions when emotions are involved.
Reality testing – be objective; see things as they really are.
Interpersonal relationships – building mutually satisfying relationships.
Attention to detail – focus on details, strive for perfection and be well organized.
Innovation – creative and open-mindedness.
Analytical thinking – like solving complex problems, carefully analyze information and use logic to address issues and problems.
