SUMMARY:
One of our clients a giant in the financial services banking sector is currently recruiting for a Business Process Analyst, this role is permanent and based in Rosebank. This person will collaborate and work across the bank and be assigned across small agile delivery team/s, helping them achieve the strategic and optimization initiatives of the bank, often – but not exclusively in the – customer operations areas within the bank.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Tertiary Degree/Diploma in Business Analysis/Business Information Systems or equivalent.

Experience and Skills Required:

Four (4) years of industry experience with knowledge of Business Process Architecture, and business re-engineering principles and processes.
Experience in the design and build in the following Banking Operations Areas advantageous:

o Fraud Rules and Rules Management,
o AML Rules and Rules Management
o KYC and
o Customer Service Operations

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Business Process Architect in an agile Platform delivery
A minimum of one (1) years’ experience as a Scrum Master OR a Scrum Master Certification is advantageous
Analytical and be able to understand user experiences and business processes fully in order to model process architecture for existing projects.
Must have knowledge of business process methodologies
Solid time management is vital.
