POSITION INFO:

Business Sales Manager - Corporate transportation and fleet management industry - AA/EE – Pretoria

Services of a Business Sales Manager to promote the company to the industry and to meet regional sales targets.   The objective is to provide a high level of visibility and support in order to increase sales from Business Customers and partners and at the same time, ensure cost control to budget within the channel.   Candidate must develop and nurture good relationships as well as represent and project the business interest and image of the company at all times.

Minimum requirements :

• Matric | Grade 12
• Minimum of 5 years’ sales and marketing experience
• Minimum 3 years’ sales management experience in a target-driven, B2B environment
• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification will be advantageous
• Effective people management skills and must have experience in managing a team of at least 5 sales consultants

Job purpose (including but not limited to):

• Driving sales in the region from Business Customers and Partners, with a focus on new business initiatives
• Managing and motivating the entire sales team to achieve individual and regional sales targets
• General management of all policies, processes and systems relating to sales at a regional level, such as activity levels, customer management, commissions, fuel and vehicle usage etc
• Manage the administration of contacts at regional level, administration of contracts at regional level
• Assist the Head of Region in increasing the company’s market penetration
