POSITION INFO:

Business Solutions Manager (Logistics) (JB1195)

R50 000 – R60 000 CTC per Month

East Rand

International Logistics and Freight Forwarding company requires the expertise of a seasoned Solutions Manager.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the implementation of systematic, comprehensive and reliable services pertaining to tracking systems

Provide Regional (Southern East Africa) coordination regarding implementation

Quality control of service delivery and reporting on such to BU Managers (local and division) and clients

Implement the specific monitoring solutions required by clients

Performance analysis for Global and Key Accounts in Africa

Ensure that contractual obligations are met

Ensure compliance with client specific requirements (contractual obligations for reporting, KPIs ETC)

Ensure continuous improvement of quality and service

Provide support to the Business Development team

Requirements:

6 + years relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience specific to logistics/ freight forwarding/ fleet tracking

Business/ business analytics related degree

Knowledge of IT tools such as Microsoft Office, security/ surveillance and GPS tracking systems

French and or Portuguese is an advantage

Ability to travel abroad (2 weeks per month minimum)
