Permanent position
Salary: R650 000 – R850 000 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst who can analyse complex requirements, improve processes and help deliver practical technology solutions from concept through to implementation.

POSITION INFO:
What you'll be doing: Analyse and document business and technical requirements Translate business requirements into clear system and functional requirements Identify opportunities to automate solutions and manual processes Document As-Is and To-Be process flows Create and maintain user stories within an Agile environment Produce solution overviews and detailed implementation diagrams Conduct and document gap analyses, impact assessments and feasibility studies Facilitate requirements workshops and guide discussions towards clear decisions Hand requirements over to internal and external development teams Support software testing, quality assurance and User Acceptance Testing Prepare test packs and project-related documentation Support the implementation of new and enhanced systems Train business users on processes and solutions Work closely with business stakeholders, developers and cross-functional teams Obtain the necessary approvals and sign-offs throughout the project lifecycle What you'll need: A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business or Systems Analyst Formal Business Analysis training Experience working on software and process re-engineering projects Experience delivering projects within an Agile environment Strong knowledge of software products and software development Practical experience in software testing Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder discussions Strong process-mapping and requirements-documentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail Advantageous: A degree in Business, Engineering or Computer Science Formal training in software development or IT software products We're looking for someone who is confident, delivery-focused and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
