SUMMARY:

Datacentrix Seeking a detail-oriented Business Unit Administrator with strong financial and operational administration skills for a permanent position in KwaZulu Natal. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Compulsory/ Required Certifications:

Matric \ Grade 12 (Compulsory)
Finance diploma or degree will be an advantage
Experience working with enterprise ERP/finance systems (SAGE) Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4 Years in a finance administration role within a large enterprise
4-7 years’ experience in an operations administration role within a large enterprise
Experience in ICT, technology, or professional services environments preferred
Experience working on SAGE X3 will be advantageous
98% accuracy in financial reporting, reconciliations, and expense processing
Zero material audit findings related to business unit administration
Timely month-end support aligned to finance close calendars

Duties include
Supporting monthly financial processes,
Processing purchase orders
Maintaining accurate financial records and tracking operational costs
Managing travel arrangements
Additionally, involved in maintaining governance records
Supporting audit preparation
