POSITION INFO:

A small and productive TTL agency in Cape Town is looking for an entrepreneurial and energetic BUD to oversee the operations of the unit.

Must have:

3 - 5yrs experience in a BUD role

Solid ATL and BTL experience i.e. branding, packaging and design

Experience working with FMCG brands (in food industry advantageous)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Business management
• Budgeting and budget management
• Proposals, cost estimates, negotiations and invoicing
• First point of call for all clients
• Strategic planning and operational implementation
• Maintain and grow client relationships
• Drive and grow business opportunities
• Development and evaluation of strategic and financial goals
• Ensure successful execution of the client’s requirements
• Manage overall growth and wellness of the team
• Manage contractual requirements and retainers
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers
• Manage pitches
• Optimise internal and external resource allocation and utilisation
• Scope projects from a resourcing and timing point of view
• Lead and manage team
• Employee feedback and satisfaction
