POSITION INFO:

A small and productive TTL agency in Cape Town is looking for an entrepreneurial and energetic BUD to oversee the operations of the unit.

Must have:

3 - 5yrs experience in a BUD role

Solid ATL and BTL experience i.e.Â branding, packaging and design

Experience working with FMCG brands (in food industry advantageous)

Roles and responsibilities:

Business management
Budgeting and budget management
Proposals, cost estimates, negotiations and invoicing
First point of call for all clients
Strategic planning and operational implementation
Maintain and grow client relationships
Drive and grow business opportunities
Development and evaluation of strategic and financial goals
Ensure successful execution of the clientâ€™s requirements
Manage overall growth and wellness of the team
Manage contractual requirements and retainers
Collaborate with contractors and suppliers
Manage pitches
Optimise internal and external resource allocation and utilisation
Scope projects from a resourcing and timing point of view
Lead and manage team
Employee feedback and satisfaction
