Our client is revolutionizing energy efficiency with cutting-edge measurement, smart billing, and real-time monitoring. They are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Business Unit Head to drive strategic growth, lead the business to new heights, and ensure its long-term profitability and success.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibility:

Develop and execute strategies to drive competitiveness, profitability, and business growth.
Oversee operations, financial performance, and project management to ensure efficiency and success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and transformation initiatives, including BEE objectives.
Ensure compliance, governance, and accurate performance reporting at all levels.

Experience & Qualifications:

Matric
Electrical Engineering Degree/Diploma
Postgraduate business management and/or technical qualification will be advantageous
Function related experience: 8-10 years
Leading teams: 8- 10 years
Project experience: 5-8 years
Proven experience in the electrical power utility and related industry segments
A strong track record of achievement at Senior Management level (this must include financial results) for a period of no less than five years
