Business Analyst- 1 year contract

POSITION INFO:

1. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Assist in evaluating internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements.
• Assist in creating business architecture models to reflect the department''s strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals.
• Assist in evaluating systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities.
• Assist in suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
• Assist in organizing training to improve employees'' knowledge and skills for future departmental growth.

• Assist in conducting research in talent management to improve the department''s ICT and business operations.
• Assist to providing business architecture and systems processing guidance.
• Assist in ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the department''s goals.
• Assist to creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change management and control in ICT and business.
• Assist in determining and implementing build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel, and views of the overall ICT strategy.
• Assist with management of ICT related projects, to ensure compliance to the relevant prescript
• Assist with system development in terms of coding using appropriate languages e.g. C/C+, Oracle/SQL, .Net, Perl, LISP, Ruby, Java, Python, MATLAB etc.
• Provide monthly activities reporting
