SUMMARY:
To ensure that price management, price optimization and solutions are implemented and act as the operational contact for sales administration

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

  1. Obtain info from business partners regarding requirements and pricing
  2. Ensure price management, optimization and solutions are tested and improved upon
  3. Ensure all pricing tools and systems are covered
  4. Communicate with sales and marketing regarding deployment plan
  5. Prepare deployment documents
  6. Assess pricing implementation and formulate corrective actions
  7. Ensure efficient access to all pricing information for teams
  8. Assist with schedules for sales and marketing to maximize impact
  9. Pilot the process of data quality improvement
  10. Assist with organizational optimization
  11. Coordinate with network and maintain contact with other territories to share practices
  12. Ensure stakeholders needs have been met
  13. Keep stakeholders informed regarding changes and ensure service they are receiving is correct
  14. Interpret data, analyse results, and provide recommendations
  15. Compile and organize data

 

Requirements:

  • B. Com or similar qualifications dealing with pricing and statistics
  • The ideal candidate will deal with vast amounts of Data, they must be data driven with strong data skills
  • Ideally should come from a Pricing background however data or business analyst exposure recommended
  • Ability to deal with complex data within the Sub-Sahara geography
  • Role will support with Pricing data analysis supporting the regional Pricing Manager

 Remuneration:

  1. Basic salary – R38 k per month
  2. Guaranteed 13th cheque
  3. Performance bonus of up to 16% of annual base salary
  4. Medical aid subsidy
  5. Provident fund
  6. Share scheme – based on scheme rules
