STRONG EXCEL SKILLS

Understanding of data administration systems

A levels or University degree advantageous

Strong IT skills - Excel Advance Pivot tables, VLookups and formulas; Word and Microsoft Outlook

Good business communication skills with local and foreign nationals

Sound knowledge of business processes in a retail environment

Job Purpose:

To provide detailed administration and organizational support to the master data of Tourvest, starting with Buying and Supply Chain

Buying and Supply Chain Administration:

Assist Buyers with range by collecting and inputting selections on CRM

Inputting data segmenting and Accpaccing codes on CRM

Check and challenge the buying teams data for system input

Administration of Advertising sales – sending and collection of approval forms to be signed by suppliers, logging advertising on tracker and sending to Finance.

Warehouse packaging specification sheet – ensure this is updated every range change with accurate packaging information from Buyers and Suppliers

Proofing documents such as the C208 form, brochures to make sure data is correctly used across the business.

Create and own the process for master data management between Administration and the buying and supply chain teams
