SUMMARY:
PeopleSolved is currently recruiting for a CCNP Certified Network Operations Engineer, to join a leading financial services company in Pretoria, This 1-year CONTRACT opportunity is based in PRETORIA, and is HYBRID.

POSITION INFO:

What you’ll do:

Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot network systems
Ensure secure and reliable network access across the organisation
Perform routine network maintenance and upgrades
Resolve networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues
Diagnose and address recurring network problems
Manage switch backups and configuration
Install and configure hardware when required
Provide timely resolution of IT support tickets
Apply deep knowledge of routing, switching, and high-availability protocols

What you’ll need:

Matric and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Cisco CCNP certification (required);
CCNA, CCIE, advantage
7+ years’ experience in network support or IT operations
7+ years working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar environment
