Our Client is a global leader in networking and smart technology, offering reliable, high-performance products and solutions to homes and businesses, and they are an international distributor. The company is expanding its footprint in the commercial and enterprise space and is looking for a CCTV Sales Manager (Surveillance & Security Solutions) to drive growth and build long-term partnerships in the region.
 
We are seeking an experienced CCTV Sales Manager with a proven track record in the security and surveillance industry, driving sales through installers, integrators, and distribution partners.
 
This role requires hands-on experience in CCTV/security solutions sales, with the ability to manage relationships, support projects, and grow business within the installer channel.

Position Overview:
You will be responsible for growing our CCTV and surveillance business by working closely with installers, system integrators, and partners, driving product adoption and supporting projects from opportunity through to implementation.

Required qualification and working knowledge:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Electronics, ICT, Networking, or a related technical field.
• 3 - 5 Years’ proven experience in CCTV/ Surveillance/ Security Solutions sales.
• Strong existing network of installers, integrators, or security partners.
• Experience selling into project-based environments.
• Solid understanding of CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVRs, basic networking concepts).
• Demonstrated ability to sell solutions, not just products.
• Experience working through distribution and channel partners.
• Strong commercial and negotiation capability.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with CCTV installers, security integrators, and partners.
• Drive project-based sales across commercial, retail, and residential environments.
• Provide solution-based recommendations (cameras, NVRs, system design).
• Support partners with product selection, quotations, and project requirements.
• Train and enable installers on product features and benefits.
• Work with internal technical teams to support solutions and deployments.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the security market.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and project timelines.
• Drive brand preference within the installer and partner network.
