Chief Financial Officer reporting into the CEO Employment Equity Based in Centurion R2 Mil CTC pa + bonus

POSITION INFO:

Minimum education (essential)

• CA (SA)
• Passed both board exams first attempt NON-NEGOTIABLE

 

Minimum applicable work experience 

• 6 years + post article experience

 

Nature of applicable experience (required) 

• Strategic and team leadership
• General management and EXCO-level involvement
• Development and implementation of divisional strategy
• Governance and performance tracking
• Stakeholder and risk management
• Supplier management and contracting
• Senior level accountancy
• Basic legal review and understanding
