POSITION INFO:
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset—someone who doesn’t just report on the numbers, but actively drives business growth, profitability, and cash flow.

What We’re Looking For:

CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
Minimum 10 years’ post-articles experience
Proven experience within Automotive, IT, Retail, or AI-driven environments
A strong commercial and sales-driven mindset
Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
A hands-on leader who can influence business strategy and performance

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the financial strategy aligned to business growth objectives
Improve profitability, margins, and cash flow management
Partner with leadership to support revenue growth and sales performance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
Build and lead a high-performing finance team
