Our client, a leading player in the FMCG / industrial sector, is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join their executive team in the DRC.
This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who thrives on complexity, scale, and strategic influence. You will partner closely with the CEO and Board to shape financial direction, drive operational excellence, and ensure sustainable growth across multiple markets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a CFO or Group Finance Executive in a large, fast-paced organisation
- Strong track record in strategic finance, governance, and business transformation
- Professional qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Fluent in French and English – essential
- Willingness to relocate to the DRC (full relocation support provided)
