SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of this company.

POSITION INFO:
The CFO will be the primary financial steward, responsible for overseeing the company's financial management, planning, and reporting activities. This pivotal role will work closely with the Board of Directors, senior management, and the executive team, providing expert financial guidance and ensuring the company's long-term financial health and success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and value creation. Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions and expansion efforts. Monitor the company's financial performance and advise on areas requiring intervention or improvement. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements. Serve as the primary liaison with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies. Treasury and Asset Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to maintain financial stability. Protect company assets through strong financial controls and risk management strategies. Evaluate and manage financing options, including debt and equity structures. Budgeting and Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with company goals. Prepare financial forecasts and conduct scenario analysis for informed decision-making. Ensure that all financial plans are aligned with the company's strategic direction. Advisory and Stakeholder Management: Offer strategic financial advice to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive team. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and rating agencies. Represent the company in financial negotiations, securing favorable terms and outcomes.
