SUMMARY:
A market-leading integrated services group, with a strong national footprint, is seeking a commercially astute and strategic CFO to lead their finance function. This role offers the opportunity to shape the financial direction of a respected organisation that values integrity, innovation, and excellence in service delivery.

POSITION INFO:
This respected multi-sector group delivers mission-critical services with a focus on reliability, accountability, and long-term partnerships. The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, commercial insight, and operational oversight to drive sustainable growth, efficiency, and sound governance within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the strategic financial direction of the business alongside the executive team
Oversee financial reporting, governance, and statutory compliance
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Provide commercial insights to support key business decisions and improve profitability
Manage risk, working capital, and cash flow to ensure operational strength
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
Support business transformation, system enhancements, and process improvements

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Qualified (CA(SA))
10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior management exposure (Board level)
Proven track record in a large, complex, and service-oriented business environment
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and partner at an executive level
Experience driving process improvement and financial governance
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on approach, with the ability to balance strategy and operational delivery
