Are you a seasoned CA(SA) ready to step into a strategic, high-impact leadership role within one of South Africa’s fast-growing telecommunications players? Our client is an innovative organisation operating at the forefront of connectivity, digital infrastructure, and service delivery. With a strong presence and a reputation for reliability, they are shaping how people and businesses stay connected in an ever-evolving market.

They are seeking a future-focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team based in the southern suburbs - a commercially astute, strategically minded finance leader who thrives in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. As the CFO, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, responsible for leading the full finance function and steering financial direction across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
Oversee financial governance, risk management, and compliance
Provide commercial insights to support business growth, pricing decisions, and market expansion
Drive finance transformation, automation, and improved financial reporting
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, investors, Auditors, and regulatory bodies

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Qualified CA(SA)
5+ years’ experience within a management role
CaseWare experience required
