SUMMARY:
A Fast growing manufacturing company is looking for a suitably qualified CFO to lead the strategic and financial development of the organization.

POSITION INFO:

The ideal candidate will satisfy the following criteria:

Qualification CA(SA) or CIMA
Candidate must have operated successfully within sizeable businesses and with large groups of people
Must be a proven leader with EXCO-level experience
At least 7 years relevant experience in a Financial position at a GM level
Ability to make a significant contribution at strategic and business management level
Strong technical and commercial background in a start-up environment
An understanding and background in manufacturing
Impeccable character in terms of credibility, responsibility and integrity
High levels of emotional intelligence
Resilience and an ability to deal with setbacks
