A large Financial Services company is looking for a Capital Raising CFO Ã¢Â€Â“ CA(Sa). Coming from finance industry would be a great advantage.

Experienced CA(SA)
10 years post articles

Skills:

Sound business acumen
Analytical skills
Strong working knowledge of funding markets
Excellent networking and communication skills

Job description:

Networking and building relationships with business team and driving solution implementation
Creation of annual financial plan based on the stated purpose and direction of the business
Identification of risks, existing or potential problem areas and driving improvement of these problems through financial processes
Anticipate future trends or problems that may impact on the overall strategic direction of the organisation
Build capability of new revenue
Communicate accurate, meaningful information to the board and stakeholders
Ensure relevant, best-practice analysis and reporting (particularly with regard to IFRS), providing ongoing guidance and coaching to the business
Identify key relationships and be in constant communication to ensure business can be facilitated
