This Property concern that has been developing at a fast pace for the past 10 years, and currently they are recruiting for a Financial Manager. An Integral part of their business is giving back to the community and to ensure that they continuously invest in their team and clients.

In this role the successful Financial Manager would need to have a big- picture mindset be very detail orientated.

Duties:

Preparing budgets and forecasts
Implementing financial controls
Annual financial statements
Financial review and reporting
Group reviews and consolidations

Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years post article experience is required

Property industry experience is essential
