POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

A Start up within the medical technology company is seeking an experience Chief Financial Officer to lead their finance department. As the Chief Financial Officer, you will need experience with Venture Capital and dealing with key stakeholders within the business. This opportunity will allow you to be strategic and operationally involved within the business. You will report directly into the CEO of the company

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Statutory reporting
Reviewing of payroll
Oversee the tax function
Oversee the treasury function
Manage insurance activities of the company
Oversee the procurement function of the business
Corporate governance

Job Experience & Skills Required:

B.com / CA(SA)

ITC or Start-up industry experience prerequisite

Venture Capital Experience is a Prerequisite
