A leading organization within the equipment leasing entity is currently in the market for a qualified Chartered Accountant to take up a role as a Chief Financial Officer.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience:

CA(SA)
7 – 15 years’ experience
Financial services industry experience (essential)
ABF experience (essential)
SPV experience (essential)
Capital raising experience (beneficial)
Knowledge of IFRS
Knowledge of Tax, Insurance, and company legislation

Key Responsibilities:

Effective financial management
Effective funding and credit management
Staff management
Risk Management
Financial leadership to the business through strategy
Financial Analysis
