My client, a boutique Investment and Fund Management Company with a distinct focus on enhancing the Health Care sector is looking to employ a CFO to join their team.

This role is for a fully Qualified Chartered Accountant who has notable planning and execution skills, strong operational interests in business, a powerful leadership style with proven people management skills as well as the ability to make strategic decisions to ensure the future success of the business.

This role, which reports directly to the CEO, leads a large team of talented professionals and will include periodic inter – provincial travel

Duties:

Group Consolidations
Standard Costing
Preparation of Budgets and Forecasts
Annual Financial Statements
IFRS Compliance
Implementation of Financial and Reporting Systems

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Completed CA(SA) needed

Experience:

Minimum 7 – 8 years’ post article experience in the Retail/Health Care industry is essential
Working experience with SAP highly beneficial
