SUMMARY:
A dynamic mining manufacturer based in the East Rand is looking to employ a CFO with 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric
B.Com in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Valid Driver’s License and Own vehicle
5 years’ experience in the Mining or Manufacturing Industry
Proven experience as a CFO/ FM / FD or equivalent leadership role in a similar industry
MS Office, BAAN or Power BI (Essential)
Experience and ability to utilize data through tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel etc
Strong financial acumen and expertise in financial analysis, planning, and reporting
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in managing full accounts department with accurate and innovative reporting for both management accounts as well as meeting accounting standards
Knowledge of reporting standards for local as well as international partners
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional teams
Provide strategic recommendations regarding company investments, cash flow management, and budget allocation to ensure financial health and sustainability
Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, talent development, and retention
Lead IT strategy development and implementation to support business objectives
Manage support services functions, including facilities and administrative services
The company adheres to all quality control standards, mitigating risks and maintaining high standards of operation
