A leading, privately-owned Real Estate Developer in West Africa, with a 20+ year track record for delivering award winning projects across the region, is looking for a CFO with fundraising experience in Africa for their Ghana branch.

POSITION INFO:

A leading, privately-owned Real Estate Developer in West Africa, with a 20+ year track record for delivering award winning projects across the region, is looking for a CFO with fundraising experience in Africa for their Ghana branch.

The business is urgently looking to bring a CFO onboard to assist in fundraising capabilities for current and future projects as well as overseeing the accounting function for the business.  The CFO will report to the Group CEO and board of directors.  

The CFO will be responsible for the full financial function, which will include group reporting, consolidations, annual financial statements, budgets and forecasts, fundraising and strategic decision making.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Chartered Accountant or similar financial qualification
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Between 5 to 7 years'' experience as a CFO
• Big 4 exposure is preferred
• Proven track record in fundraising capabilities
• Knowledge and understanding of the real estate sector is preferred but not essential
