SUMMARY:
A dynamic JSE Listed manufacturing organization based in Vereeniging is looking to employ a CFO / Group Finance Manager that has 5 – 10 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry and is a qualified CA(SA).

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Must be a CA(SA)
Must have completed articles at once of the Big 4
5-10 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment
Monitoring and directing the implementation and execution of business plans and financial oversight of all Company operations.
Developing financial and tax strategies, plans and budgets in line with Company goals.
Assessing financial risks and opportunities.
KPI’s per executive scorecard as agreed with CEO annually.
All Company acquisitions and capital investments.
Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and oversee the drafting and negotiation of legal agreements related to financial matters such as investments, loans, and mergers and acquisitions.
Researching economic trends and identifying revenue opportunities.
Forecasting staff and capital requirements.
Leading financial planning and analysis.
Establishing functional objectives.
Analyzing variances and identifying areas requiring improvement.
Determining investment strategies.
Ensuring senior management is aware of trends and challenges within the business.
