TRANQUIL AND LUXURIOUS HOLIDAY RESORT SITUATED IN HAZYVIEW REQUIRES A CHEF / FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Qualification/Diploma in Food and beverage, management / chef
Jack of all trades, someone who can cook, do functions, speak to clients, run dietary requirements, set ups.
Work irregular times
Must be able to assist between 40 to 200 pax
Managing of staff
