POSITION INFO:
Join Our Team as a CNC Milling Machine Programmer & Setter Location: JHB - New Era Springs Type: Contractor We are seeking a CNC Milling Machine Programmer & Setter to join our engineering team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components in line with engineering specifications and quality standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines. Manufacture components accurately following engineering drawings and specifications. Select appropriate tooling and machining parameters. Perform quality checks to ensure components meet required standards. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues when necessary. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in programming and setting CNC milling machines. Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and quality control. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Good problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. Requirements: Must be based in Springs, Gauteng. Salary will be based on experience.
